Please pack for every scenario - bring sunscreen for the sunny spells, warm layers for the chilly evenings, and a trusty poncho just in case the heavens open. Pack for the sun, prepare for the rain, and let’s have a brilliant time!
A FEW REMINDERS!
Once you’re settled in, it’s time to relax. To help keep all attendees safe, vehicle movement around the site is restricted. If you need to move your vehicle during the event, please speak to a member of the team.
You're welcome to walk within the parking areas on the track. Please be aware there is a designated boundary beyond which pedestrian access is not allowed at any time. The grass area in the centre of the track is part of the airfield. Please enjoy it as part of the view rather than a destination, as access is not permitted for your own safety.
BBQs are permitted on grass areas only and must be raised at least 50cm off the ground. To help protect the site, fire pits and disposable BBQs are not permitted.
To help everyone enjoy the atmosphere of the event, generators are not permitted on site.
Dogs are very welcome! Please keep your four legged friends on a lead at all times and remember to clean up after them.
Awnings are welcome when attached to your vehicle and pitched on grass. Please ensure they extend no more than 2 metres from your vehicle and are securely fastened to the ground at all times.
As we're operating on an active airfield site, drones cannot be flown anywhere on site.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We’re all here to live the #peaceandvanlove lifestyle. To keep the site safe, licensed, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow the guidelines below:
Look out for your neighbours, respect the local area and leave no trace. Anyone causing disruption to other attendees or the event may be asked to leave by security.
Have a drink, enjoy the music and make some memories, but please know your limits. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy at all bars. Excessive intoxication, anti-social behaviour or supplying alcohol to anyone under 18 will result in your wristband being clipped.
In line with UK law, illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere on site.
Thanks for keeping the peace, respecting the locals, and keeping the energy positive. Have a brilliant weekend!
