Our Story: Why We Exist

Vanlove began with a simple belief: that life on the road is better when it’s shared.

What started as a festival has grown into a home for the wider UK vanlife community and a place where adventurers, travellers, and curious newcomers can find connection, inspiration, and belonging.

We exist to celebrate the joy and freedom of vanlife while also recognising the responsibility we share: to look after one another, respect the places we visit, and keep the culture thriving for years to come.

What we do

Vanlove is more than a festival. We’re building a year-round community hub for vanlifers and adventure seekers. From the festivals you know and love, to intimate rambles and off grid escapes, from practical resources to inspiring stories, we’re bringing together everything you need to make life on the road richer, safer, and more fun.

Our 2026 roadmap includes new festivals, regional meet-ups, and expanded online resources. We are committed to making Vanlove the go-to destination for vanlife in the UK and beyond.

Not a faceless brand, we’re a crew of real-life vanlifers, dreamers, and doers who believe in building something bigger than ourselves. Each of us has our own vanlife story, and together we bring the skills, passion, and heart that fuel Vanlove.

Here’s who you’ll connect with in the community:

Guy Robinson

JOINT FOUNDER/PILOT
Guy discovered his love for vanlife after purchasing an Adria Twin to tour his concerts with Coalition Presents. He wanted to combine his love for events and vanlife, and so Vanlove was born!
Jo Fallows

JOINT FOUNDER/CO-PILOT
Jo is co-pilot at Vanlove. She plays a supporting role to Guy in all things Vanlove, from the conception of an idea to fruition. She’s a qualified mental health therapist with a passion for all things health, wellbeing and outdoor adventures.
Linzi Evans

BRAND MANAGER
Linzi is the driving force behind Vanlove’s growth, overseeing the development of the brand across all areas. With a passion for building community and creating standout experiences, she ensures everything we do reflects the spirit and heart of vanlife. She owns Stevie, a VW T5 and loves hiking and adventures.
Jo Hodson

CONTENT WRITER
Jo works alongside Linzi to build the brand vision across the website and socials. Through blog posts and our community newsletters, Jo brings the voice of Vanlove to life. She’s a bonafide vanlifer and has been on the road since 2021 in her self built Ford Transit.
Carrie Hughes

EVENTS MANAGER

Carrie manages all things traders and event production for Vanlove Fest, ensuring every detail runs smoothly. Soon to join the road-life herself, she’s on the hunt for her first camper and can’t wait to start her own vanlife adventures.
Lin Denham

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Lin looks after everything logistics, planning and operations for Vanlove. She makes the magic happen, and makes sure all you Vanlovers are having the best time on the day.
