COMPETITION

1. Promoter
This competition is run by Coalition Presents Ltd, trading as Vanlove, registered at 103 Gaunt Street London, SE1 6DP United Kingdom (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
Entry is free. To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form via the QR code landing page and submit their name and email address. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

4. Opening and Closing Dates
The competition opens on 17th February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm GMT on 22nd February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

5. The Prize
One winner will receive two (2) VIP weekend tickets to Vanlove Festival 2026. The prize includes event access only. Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included.

The prize:

• Is non-transferable

• Has no cash alternative

• Cannot be exchanged or resold

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity
The Promoter may announce the winner’s first name and town/city publicly. By entering, participants agree to this use if they are selected as the winner.

8. Data Protection
By entering this competition, participants agree to be added to the Vanlove mailing list and to receive marketing communications from Vanlove Festival. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any email.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or system failures.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This competition is governed by English law.
